A Bradley County, Tenn., officer was transported to SkyRidge Medical Center Friday night after he passed out while on duty and became unresponsive.

The health-related incident happened around 7 p.m. Friday, according to a Bradley County dispatcher.

The male officer may have been overheated, he said. No official reason for the officer's condition has been confirmed.

The officer's name has not been released.
