Chattanooga police have identified the victim from a fatal fall as 22-year-old Tsani Youngdeer from Cherokee, N.C.

Police and emergency responders were called just before 7 p.m. Saturday after Youngdeer fell from a walking path near the Hunter Art Museum, said Master Patrol Officer Nathan Hartwig in a released statement.

He was found on the rocks below and was pronounced dead at the scene. Youngdeer climbed over the railing and fell to his death. Investigators believe alcohol was a factor, Hartwig said.
