It’s a wrap! A starry holiday ornament design by fourth-grader Katie Henderson was the big vote-getter in the Times Free Press online contest between 10 finalists in the annual Wrapping Paper Design Contest. Katie’s design was also the grand-prize favorite of a panel of judges from the newspaper staff, ArtsBuild, Chattanooga’s Kids on the Block and Creative Discovery Museum. Look for a story about Katie in the Times Free Press Life section Sunday and get a free copy of her design printed as a sheet of wrapping paper.
