Bradley County Commissioner Jeff Yarber says he is 'cooperating' on DUI arrest

Bradley County Commissioner Jeff Yarber said he is "cooperating with authorities" after being arrested for DUI on Thursday.

WRCB-Channel 3 reported Yarber, who is vice-chairman of the Bradley County Commission, was arrested by Cleveland police.

A police report wasn't available Saturday.

"I believe this will have a positive outcome once all is said and done," Yarber told the Times Free Press on Saturday.
