NASHVILLE - Police say a pedestrian struck by three different vehicles while crossing a busy road in Nashville has died from her injuries.
According to WKRN-TV, 53-year-old Durnice Hill was attempting to cross Lebanon Pike around 6 p.m. on Friday when she was hit by two cars before being struck by a van.
She was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she later died.
Police say all the vehicles tried to avoid hitting Hill. No charges have been filed.
