Chattanooga officials broke ground this morning on a $4.1 million health and wellness center on 11th Street to serve city employees.
The building will be open by December, city officials said. The 20,000 square-foot building will house a health clinic, a pharmacy and a wellness center.
The building will replace two current centers on 10th Street and Amnicola Highway.
