Heritage quarterback Jake Sampson and defensive lineman Cadarius Harrison will sign scholarship papers today with Chattahoochee Tech in Marietta, Ga.
Three other Generals extended their playing careers in the past week. Defensive lineman Justin Adekoya signed with Eastern Kentucky on signing day, and safety Billy Johnson and outside linebacker Michael Pilcher signed later with the NAIA's Point University.
Johnson, a 2010 All-North Georgia first-team selection at safety, had 100 tackles and two interceptions this past season. Pilcher had 75 tackles, six for loss and three sacks, while Harrison had 53 tackles and caused three fumbles in nine games. Sampson had 1,328 yards passing and 15 touchdowns as a senior.
