A new grocery store is set to open Tuesday on Lee Highway.

Save-A-Lot will hire between 20 and 25 full- and part-time employees for its roughly 15,000-square-foot location.

The store, near the intersection of Lee Highway and Shallowford Road, will be the sixth to open in Tennessee since the beginning of the year.

"We are excited to be opening more Save-A-Lot locations in Tennessee," Santiago Roces, the company's president and chief executive officer, said in a release.

The discount grocer offers produce, meat, dairy and other standard grocery items.
