Police say the bodies of two people have been found in a Nashville-area motel room.
A clerk at the Rodeway Inn, just north of Nashville, saw the body of a man near the door when the room was opened to be cleaned about 7:30 a.m. Monday, according to WSMV-TV.
Police said the other victim was a woman, whose body was found on a bed.
Goodlettsville police Chief Richard Pope said it appeared both victims had been shot.
