A 32-year-old Missouri fugitive wanted on forcible rape charges was arrested by Chattanooga police Thursday night, according to spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary.
Lonnie Pickle was wanted on warrants issued out of Taney, Mo., last month. Police arrested Pickle at Covenant Transport, 400 Birmingham Highway, where he was employed. Officers received a tip he would be there.
Pickle will be held at the Hamilton County Jail until he is extradited to Missouri.
