Donna BishopPolice conducted a two-month undercover investigation before arresting a Hollywood, Ala. woman on prescription abuse charges.
Donna Bishop, 49, was arrested by narcotics investigators on Wednesday and charged with two counts of distribution of controlled substance, said Jackson County Sheriff Chuck Phillips in a news release.
During the investigation, Bishop sold methadone and hydrocodone to an undercover officer, Phillips said.
At the time of her arrested, police found hydrocodone, alprazolam and suboxone in her possession and she was additionally charged, Phillips said.
Bishop was taken to Jackson County jail and her bond was set at $55,500.
