Chattanooga police need help finding 57-year-old woman

The Chattanooga Police Department is asking for help in locating a 57-year-old woman.

Sarah Capps, was diagnosed with a mental health issue in the 1990s and refuses to take her medications, police say. Her family reported her missing on Dec. 19.

Capps has been seen numerous times since then on Gunbarrel Road and East Brainerd Road. She was seen Thursday at the Hamilton Place mall.

She is 5 feet 5 and 120 pounds with long gray hair and glasses.
