Three men will wait until July 26 for their preliminary hearing on murder charges in a July 2 shooting.
Devante Stoudemire was free on bond awaiting trial for the 2010 shooting death of JerMichael Richardson, 18, when police claim he and two other men were involved in the shooting death of Steven Mosley, 38, on July 2.
Dustin Hayes and Ronald Cosper, both 18, were also charged in connection with Mosely's death.
Stoudemire is being held on a $1.7 million bond on the most recent shooting.
