RINGGOLD, GA. — A Catoosa County woman's death is now considered murder and investigators believe her boyfriend is responsible.
On Monday, the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office was called to Vicki Lacombe's apartment, thinking she had committed suicide.
Her boyfriend, Terry Saxton, who discovered her body, is now charged in her death. Saxton's sister tells Channel 3, he would never harm anyone.
