Cleveland, Tenn., pastor indicted on sexual battery charges

Cleveland Church of the Harvest Pastor Henry "Hank" Davis has been indicted on two counts of sexual battery by a Polk County Grand Jury.

Polk County Sheriff's Detectives Brian Fields and Josh Stroud began an investigation into Davis after allegations surfaced that he had inappropriate sexual contact with a girl under the age of 16 while on a youth mission trip to the Parksville Lake area of Polk County.

According to Fields, the victim confided in two adults about the alleged incidents.
