Construction work to close a lane on I-75 North in Whitfield County on Friday

One lane of I-75 North in Whitfield County will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday for repairs, according to a news release.

Georgia Department of Transportation crews will be repairing asphalt in a one-mile stretch between Exits 336 and 345.

Lane closure and maintenance repair are subject to change due to inclement weather, the release said.
