If politics were like football

It's too bad politics isn't more like football.

University of Tennessee football fans, and all college football fans for that matter, are anxiously awaiting the upcoming season. Articles and newscasts are already speculating that Volunteers' coach, Derek Dooley -- with his underwhelming 11-14 record -- is on the proverbial "hot seat" leading into his third season.

Dooley, addressing the media at the Southeastern Conference's press gathering in Alabama didn't offer excuses, or complain about bad luck or the circumstances he inherited.

Refreshingly, Dooley summed up the importance of the upcoming season: "What have I proven? I don't think that's my place to say because all really we're judged on is what the record is, so until we change that, it's pointless for me to tell you all the things I feel like we've accomplished."

The scrutiny on sports coaches, especially in the highly competitive SEC, is constant and, at times, ruthless, with a singular demand - results.

While results mean everything in sports, with elections upon us, it's hard not to notice how little result matter in politics. As we've seen here locally in recent years, what matters instead, are things like:

• Big name endorsements from other incumbents;

• Wads of cash from special interests;

• Personnel files anonymously showing up in garages;

• Unrealistic promises to accomplish the impossible;

• Whisper campaigns and personal insults; and

• Embellished resumes that make false claims.

You know, the main difference between the demands on an football coach and a politician is really simple ... a coach has to deliver on the promises made. A politician, however, can guarantee the moon and, when those pledges aren't kept, offer a few lame excuses and keep his job.

An underperforming football coach can get the old heave-ho at any moment. It's too bad we have to wait until election time to get rid of underperforming politicians.

Besides, coaches are often fired for no good reason at all, but somebody's personal pique and their lack of image.

Why would our Anglo Saxon elites want to destroy America? Who owns the American media?

If you own the media you decide what gets debated and what doesn't. So who keeps us from having honest debates about the problems confronting America? Why are there no major candidates who oppose immigration? Why did the media do everything it could to defeat Ron Paul?

We're told that we must call Negros, "African Americans". Anthropologists call blacks "Negroid". So the question is, what is wrong with calling blacks "Negros"? Nothing.

But it does demonstrate that somebody in control wants to jerk White people around. It shows that White people will mindlessly obey. It shows that blacks can be exalted to an artificial status in society that they never earned.

When you control the media you control the thinking of the population.

Watch how somebody will demand that blacks shouldn't be called negros.

What other words or people have been stigmatized like the word "negro". What are the politics behind such things? Is this psychological warfare against us?

Which groups are we not allowed to criticize? Which groups in America are fair game?

Jews, blacks, Christians, Muslims, Asians, hillbillies, rednecks, crackers, Indians.

If Whites dominated football and other sports would they have to be made diverse?

said that Anglo Saxon Protestants had to be made to seem illegitimate in order that jews could replace them.

Who owns America? Who owns israel? Who owns Asia? Who owns Africa? Who owns Saudia Arabia? Who owns South Africa?

If we wish to change the way politics are done in America what can we do? If we want to defend and protect our borders what can we do? If we want to bring our troops home what can we do?

Have jews replaced Anglo Saxon Protestants in our government and media?

Could a member of the Klan get on our Supreme Court? Could a Nazi get on the court? Does the court have a member of La Raza? A Zionist?

Oh please, how ridiculous. Annisisbell, how about just being an American like everyone else, or does the term "Nationalist" make you feel somehow removed from the peasant like Americans.
