Subsequently, Williams is wanted by the United States Marshals for violation of supervised release, based on her original charge of conspiracy to make, possess, and distribute counterfeit securities; possession and distribution of counterfeit securities (three counts).

Williams spent 16 months in federal custody and then was released on probation, according to the news release from the Chattanooga Police Department. While she still was on probation, police took out warrants against her on charges of writing bad checks, the release stated.
Now Williams is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for numerous charge: violating supervised release on her original charge of conspiracy to make, possess, and distribute counterfeit securities, and three counts of possessing and distributing counterfeit securities.
