Pam Ladd is Chattanooga City Council chairwoman for 2012-13. Voters first elected Ladd in 2009. Her district includes Dupont, Murray Hills, Hixson and Northwoods. She owed and operated Custom Custodial, which she recently sold. She holds a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Ladd is a graduate of Hixson High School. Ladd received a bachelor’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from Covenant College.
