A 33-year-old man faces a charge of sexual battery after he reportedly entered a TVA office building at 1101 Market St., and molested a woman inside a restroom, according to a TVA police affidavit.
A 23-year-old woman told police she was in the fourth floor ladies restroom when she saw Charles Joseph Holt standing behind her as she was looking in the mirror. When she turned around to confront him and tell him to leave, she said he grabbed both of her breasts.
She managed to push the man off of her before running out of the restroom. A security guard located Holt. The woman, as well as a witness who saw Holt exit the bathroom, identified him as the perpetrator.
Holt has a bond set at $1,000. His court date is set for Aug. 21 before Hamilton County General Sessions Court Judge David Bales.
