A 19-year-old man turned himself in Thursday afternoon in connection with the shooting of a 14-year-old male last Saturday, police say.
Kenneth Trammell has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and unlawful possession of a firearm, said Chattanooga police spokesman Officer Nathan Hartwig.
He was wanted in connection to the shooting of a teenager at at 2600 Market St. The teen was treated and released from the hospital.
