3rd suspect arrested in LeCroy slaying

A third man believed to have been involved in the 2010 slaying of Chattanooga resident Chance LeCroy was arrested Friday in Davidson County, according to a news release.

Patrick Shane Carmody, 43, was arrested on a warrant from Chattanooga and is charged with felony murder and especially aggravated robbery, the release stated.

The two suspects already in custody are Billy Bob Partin, 39, who is charged with felony murder and especially aggravated robbery, and Ronald Lee Pittman, 42, who faces charges of facilitation of felony murder and facilitation of especially aggravated robbery.

LeCroy was killed in his home at 1211 Johnston Terrace on Sept. 9, 2010.
