Three men arrested on murder charges in the 2010 death of a 21-year-old Hixson man now have attorneys and a hearing date.
Billy Bob Partin, 39, Ronald Lee Pittman, 42, and Patrick Shane Carmody, 43, face murder-related charges in the death of Chance LeCroy.
During a hearing today, Sessions Court Judge Ronald Durby appointed Ben McGowan to represent Pittman, Joshua Weiss to represent Carmody and Assistant District Public Defender David Barrow to represent Pittman.
Their new court date is scheduled for Aug. 7.
