Ridgeland High School's Vonn Bell narrowed his list of potential collegiate destinations Saturday morning from 27 to seven. Four SEC schools -- Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Vanderbilt -- made the first cut, as did Ohio State, Texas and Clemson. According to Ridgeland head coach Mark Mariakis, Bell, ranked by recruiting services as one of the top safety prospects in the country, will further narrow his list to two or three by Labor Day.
