Live power lines from Browns Ferry Road are lying across I-24 in both directions, downed by a tornado, causing east and westbound traffic to be affected as all lanes are blocked.
Traffic flow is expected to be restored by 11:50 p.m., according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation website.
