Bi-Lo LLC, which completed its $560 million purchase of Winn-Dixie on Friday, is moving its headquarters to Winn-Dixie's home in Jacksonville, Fla.
Bi-Lo is now based in Mauldin, S.C., near Greenville, and operates 688 grocery stores, including 27 in the Chattanooga area.
As part of its headquarters move, Bi-Lo said it will invest $93 million to upgrade its IT infrastructure and change its Jacksonville distribution center, company officials said.
