Enterprise South Industrial ParkHamilton County Commissioners are prepared to sell and improve a tract in Enterprise South industrial park for American Tire Distributors, a company planning to open a Chattanooga location.
Chairman Larry Henry said during today's agenda session that representatives from the company won't need to return next week for the full commission's vote.
Commissioners are seeking a state grant of $248,500 to improve a 9-acre tract that is below the flood plane.
"Welcome to Hamilton County," Henry said. "We'll be approving this next week."
