ST. LOUIS, Mo. — The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s wrestling season is at an end.
The finish came this morning when the Mocs’ final two competitors were eliminated in the NCAA tournament’s fourth consolation round.
Mocs freshman Nick Soto was pinned in the 133-pound weight class and 165-pound senior Brandon Wright was bested by major decision. UTC’s three other representatives — Dean Pavlou (149), Dan Waddell (157) and Levi Clemons (174) were eliminated Thursday night.
