Herman Brown has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual battery.
Officers have made an arrest in a Tuesday night kidnapping and sexual assault, reports Officer Nathan Hartwig.
Police said suspect Herman Brown, who was wielding a knife, approached a 22 year-old female in the 2500 block of Fourth Avenue. Police said he forced her into a car and drove her to Chateau Lane, where he sexually assaulted her.
Brown has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual battery.
