The National Weather Service in Morristown, Tenn., has issued a tornado warning until 11:30 p.m. EDT Friday for Bledsoe, Hamilton, Marion, Meigs, Rhea, and Sequatchie counties in Tennessee.
Though no tornado touch-downs have been reported, the current storm pattern and heavy winds are favorable for tornadoes, meteorologist Jessica Winton said.
