The Chattanoogan hotel in downtown Chattanooga has received the esteemed AAA Four Diamond Rating. The city-owned, 199-room hotel and conference center, which is managed by Benchmark Hospitality International, is the only full-service hotel in Chattanooga to receive the designation, and one of only 12 hotels in Tennessee to receive the honor.
“This award recognizes our commitment to providing excellent hospitality and a memorable experience for all of our guests,” said Tom Cupo, regional managing director of The Chattanoogan.
