An Ooltewah woman could face jail time after being charged with 24 counts of TennCare fraud over a two-and-a-half-year period, reported Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration spokeswoman Lola Potter.

Officials believe that between 2009 and 2011 Jacqueline Rogers used another TennCare enrollee's benefits to obtain prescription muscle relaxers, as well as prescription medication to treat ulcers, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

If convicted, Rodgers could face two years for each charge.

She was arrested on Wednesday by the Office of Inspector General and Hamilton County sheriff's officers.
