Dalton High School senior Brendie Rockholt won the Class-AAA state golf championship this afternoon at Applewood Golf Course outside Augusta, Ga.
She shot a 6-over 78 and the Lady Catamounts tied for seventh place with a total of 182.
Megan Collins of Southeast Whitfield shot an 81 and finished in fourth place, playing as an individual.
Murray County finished in 12th place with a score of 198.
