Paxton Pelfrey was the high overall individual with a 96 out of 100, and Gravitt was second with a 93.
Other teams included Cumberland County, Walker Valley, Monroe County, Sale Creek, Fairview, Christ Legacy and Heritage.
Soddy-Daisy's Erica Dunn, Cody Hedgecoth, Dakota Davis and Savannah Davis were the ninth-grade runners-up, and Dunn was that division's overall female winner with an 81, one better than the ninth-grade overall male winner. Hedgecoth was the overall runner-up with a 79.
Blake Dunn shot a 92, Sheldon Rodgers a 90 and Paxton Pelfrey an 87 to give Soddy-Daisy Blue the varsity sporting clays title Sunday with a 269, and Gravitt shot in the alternate individual tournament and won it with an 88. Dunn's 92 made him the high overall winner, and Rodgers was the runner-up.
Again, Soddy-Daisy Gold was second and Soddy-Daisy White was third in the varsity competition.
As in the skeet shooting, Erica Dunn was the high overall female and Hedgecoth was the overall runner-up in ninth-grade clays.
