A man has been arrested in connection with the death of a teen girl found dead on a front porch on 12th Avenue Sunday.
Carlos Juan Harrison, 18, has been charged with criminal homicide in relation to the incident.
The girl was found dead on the front porch at 3016 12th Ave. around 11:30 Sunday morning. Her cause of death has not yet been released
