Man stabbed at Chattanooga motel on Rossville Boulevard

A stabbing at a motel on Rossville Boulevard left one man wounded Saturday night and another in jail, Chattanooga police said.

According to spokesman Nathan Hartwig, Christopher Grady, 40, was stabbed at Hamilton Inn, 2717 Rossville Blvd., at 9:20 p.m.

William Usher, 58, has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault.

Grady was treated at a local hospital, Hartwig said.

He had no information on the motive for the attack.
