Autism camp

The fourth annual Camp Spectrum for people with autism 4 years old and up will be held Monday, June 18 through Thursday, June 21, 8-11:30 a.m. at Lee University's Helen DeVos College of Education. Cost: $50 per camper with sliding scale for families with two or more children. Senior health expo

In conjunction with the 19th annual National Senior Health and Fitness Day, a senior health and fitness expo will be held Wednesday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Eastgate Senior Activity Center inside Eastgate Mall. Included are a fun walk, fitness demonstrations and classes, health fair, games, prizes, refreshments and information on healthy lifestyles. Gluten meeting

The Gluten Group will meet Sunday, 6 p.m., in Wesley Hall at Tyner United Methodist Church, corner of Standifer Gap and Hickory Valley roads. Dr. Terri Kelley, naturopathic doctor and nutritional health counselor, will share problems of gluten and how the internal environment affects food intolerances, sensitivities and allergies. T'ai Ji class

Diabetes

Diabetes basics and diet class. This program provides an overview of diabetes along with treatment, prevention of complications, diabetes meal planning and carbohydrate counting. Classes 8:45 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Wednesdays at Memorial Hospital. Memorial's Diabetes and Nutrition Center can help obtain physician's referral and provide cost information. Registration required.
