U.S. Marshals Service seek parole violator Edward Lopez Jackson

A federal parole violator with a drug record is the subject of this week's Crime Stoppers.

Edward Lopez Jackson, 47, served time in federal prison on crack cocaine convictions and had a previous conviction for reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, police said. He is believed to have been present at a recent shooting on Castle Drive.

Now the U.S. Marshals Service is seeking Jackson for violating his supervised release, police said.

Jackson is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. His last known address is 3715 Briarcliff Lane, Chattanooga. Police said he could be in the Brainerd area and using a rented vehicle.

Anyone with information could be eligible for a confidential cash reward up to $1,000. Call 423-698-3333.
