Martin Concrete Repair has merged with Integrated Structural Services Inc. in Ringgold, Ga.

Martin Concrete grew from a concrete cleaning and repair company that had more than 50 employees 25 years ago. Ken Martin, owner of the concrete firm that bears his name, has joined Integrated Structural Service as an engineer after working at his own firms the past 44 years.

Integrated Structural Services began in 1993 and is headed by Steven Sandidge. The firm offers civil and structural engineering, concrete repair, concrete coatings, water proofing and epoxy injection. The company recently completed a sports field at Montague Park on 23rd Street.

The combined engineering firm has four full-time employees, Sandidge said.
