Robin Kenny, whose works are new to River Gallery, will demonstrate her creative process from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, and 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, at the gallery, 400 E. Second St. In her works, such as “Newlyweds,” at right, Kenny incorporates elements on painted canvas to create one-of-a-kind mixed-media pieces. On her website, she writes that her goal is “seduce the viewers with pattern, light and ornate cataloguing.” For more information, call 265-5033, ext. 5, or visit www.river-gallery.com.
