Tuesday, Nov. 20, Track 29 will feature British dubstep DJ/producer Chris Mercer, aka Rusko. Doors open at 8 p.m. for the 9 p.m. show. Mercer, 27, born in Leeds, England, is known for his upbeat take on the dubstep genre. He made his solo debut in 2006 on the prestigious Dub Police record label with the song “SNES Dub.” He followed that a year later with “Babylon Vol. 1” and “Fabriclive.37.” The latter album was a duo project with fellow British producer and frequent collaborator Caspa. Mercer’s latest project, the “Kapow” EP, was released earlier this month. Tickets are $25 in advance, $28 at the door. To purchase, call 521-2929 or visit www.track29.co.
