Music and fashion will combine for a fundraiser today to benefit the Chattanooga Area Food Bank's sack lunch program and Toys for Tots.
"Rock the Runway" will be held at Rhythm & Brews, 221 Market St., from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.
The sack lunch program provides schoolchildren food to take home for the weekend so they will not go hungry. Toys for Tots helps provide Christmas gifts for local military families and other families in need.
Among local musicians donating their time to perform will be Jonathan Wimpee, Gabriel Newell, Jordan Halquist, Dan Pinson and Bexy Ribeiro. Fashion also will be spotlighted throughout the night as roving models wearing the latest fashions collect donations. The night will end with a Guilty Pleasures Dance.
There will be numerous door prizes, ranging from gift certificates from Backstreet Betty's Boutique to spa services and restaurant gift certificates.
Admission at the door is $5. Each additional $5 donation buys another raffle ticket for door prizes. Organizers request that no toys or food be brought; all money will be split equally between the two charities.
For more information or to make a donation, call Backstreet Betty's at 755-8867.
