Calhoun Police Department suspended indefinitely

MCMINN COUNTY, TN. — The Calhoun Police Department has been suspended indefinitely.

City Manager Judy Barrett confirms it is a result of ongoing budget issues.

Barrett says the future of the department is unknown at this time, but the city is currently working on a budget and hopes to know more when it's finished.
