JoAnne Favors, District 29 representative in the Tennessee House of Representatives, is the featured speaker at Monday's noon meeting of the JFK Club.
Favors will discuss Tennessee's new voter ID law, the courts and the upcoming November election. Favors was elected to the General Assembly in 2004. Previously, she served as a Hamilton County commissioner and in a variety of healthcare positions, including a Chattanooga State Community College associate professor and Erlanger Hospital trustee.
