The death of the 20-year-old Lenoir City man who fell 45 feet from an upper level at the Georgia Dome during a University of Tennessee football game Aug. 31 was an accident, a police investigation has concluded.
Also, toxicology results revealed Isaac Grubb's blood alcohol level was 0.169 percent, more than twice the legal level of intoxication, according to a release from Jennifer LeMaster, director of communication at the Georgia World Congress Center Authority.
According to Friday's release, authority police have officially finished their investigation into the death of Grubb, who went over a 33-inch railing and fell onto a man sitting below on the mezzanine level during the UT-North Carolina State football game in the dome in downtown Atlanta.
