A man was injured in a shooting that happened around 8 p.m. Wednesday on Carl Holt Lane in Meigs County, Tenn., dispatchers said.
A suspect is in custody, dispatchers said.
The incident happened about nine miles south of Decatur on a back road just off state Highway 58, dispatchers said. The injured man was taken to the hospital and no one was fatally shot.
Meig’s County sheriff’s deputies are on scene and are still trying to figure out exactly what happened.
