Deep within a straw bale maze, cartoon heroes and classic characters will pass out treats and pose for photos during the Fantasy Maze at the Tennessee Riverpark, 4301 Amnicola Highway.

This is the 11th year for the popular Halloween attraction.

This family alternative to traditional spookiness, scheduled 6-9 p.m. today and Saturday, is sponsored by Hamilton County Parks and Recreation.

The attraction is designed with no threatening characters or scary atmosphere.

Children are encouraged to wear costumes and bring treat bags.

Admission is $3 per child (adults and children under 2 get in free).

Inflatable games have an additional $1 fee.

Concessions will be available.
