Lee University will continue its 21st Presidential Concert Series on Monday with a performance by Latvian sister duo Baiba and Lauma Skride. The concert will start at 7:30 p.m. in the Squires Recital Hall on the Cleveland, Tenn., campus.
Violinist Baiba Skride and pianist Lauma Skride appear regularly as a duo in chamber music recitals and with orchestras in Europe and the United States. They have drawn praise for their passionate energy, youthful vivacity and musical sensitivity.
Tickets will be available at the Dixon Center box office from 3 to 6 p.m. today and Friday and from 3 p.m. until showtime on Monday. To reserve tickets, call 423-614-8343. Cost is $10 for adults and $5 for senior adults and students.
