Crime Stoppers, Chattanooga police seek Emanuel Dywane Crumsey

Crime Stoppers and Chattanooga police are looking for a man accused of violating consumer rights.

Police said Emanuel Dywane Crumsey sold a vehicle that had a lien on it to another person without mentioning or repaying the debt. As a result, the vehicle was repossessed, according to a Chattanooga police news release.

The buyer tried to discuss the incident with Crumsey, but Crumsey would not speak with the victim, the release stated.

Crumsey, 21, is 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. His last known address is 4847 Green Shanty Road in Ooltewah.

Anyone with information on Crumsey's whereabouts could be eligible for a confidential cash reward of up to $1,000. Call 423-698-3333.
