Tornado watchThe National Weather Service in Morristown, Tenn., has issued a tornado watch for northern Mississippi, northern Alabama and eastern Tennessee until 11 p.m. tonight.
Bledsoe, Bradley, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Polk, Rhea, Roane and Sequatchie counties are under a hazardous weather outlook, which includes remnants of Hurricane Isaac. Strong to severe storms are expected and there may be isolated tornadoes, the weather service reported.
